Botox , in skilled hands, can actually elevate a drooping brow. This is quite a common finding in men who have heavier brows, and som judiciously placed Botox just under the lateral eyebrow can be very effective.

But, one of the real challenges with Botox is getting the shape of the eyebrow correct. Too much and the brow droops – too little and there is no effect – wrongly placed and you end up looking like Mr Spock, or even worse with an eyelid droop.
